My professional background includes a degree in Human Resources and working in the admissions office of a nursing home. For the past 10 years, I have been involved in my husband’s construction company, where I have gained valuable insight into home construction, maintenance, and property value.

Hello! My name is Ashley Dennis and I was born and raised in North Dakota. I am truly honored to say that I started with Oxford Realty in the spring of 2026 after discovering
my passion to help others achieve homeownership through my own experience.

I am very familiar with the Grand Forks area and surrounding communities. I grew up in Manvel, North Dakota and graduated from Grand Forks Central High School with
Honors. I went on to obtain my associate’s degree in early childhood education from the College of Southern Idaho. It is with that experience that I learned to excel in
organization and multi-tasking, active listening skills, and empathy and patience. I have been an Administrative Assistant for over the past 10+ years so I also understand the
