Wendy Elde

Hi, I’m Wendy Elde, a Realtor at Oxford Realty. I am licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. In addition to working nearly a decade in the mortgage and finance industries, I also have general contractor experience in new construction projects. My husband, Korey, is a construction project manager. Together, we have built several custom homes in Grand Forks. I am not afraid to dig into a job, get involved, and work hard to see it to a successful completion. Becoming a Realtor allows me to do what I love. I have a passion for helping people, knowledge of the market, and I possess the financial skills to help future homeowners in dealing with mortgage companies. My down to earth personality helps me show how very committed I am to my clients.

I have two children I absolutely adore. Whether it’s going to games (hockey mom), giving rides (taxi mom), or just hanging at the pool, they keep me on my toes. I’m a hard worker, and very motivated.
